A 19-year-old man has been charged in connection with a fatal hit-and-run collision that claimed the life of a pedestrian in Quarry Bank, Dudley.
Salma Rafique, aged 27, was fatally struck by a car on Thorns Road at around 8pm on 29 September last year. She sustained severe injuries and was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
After months of investigation, Tyrone Moran, from Oldswinford, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Moran is scheduled to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court tomorrow (12 December) for a plea hearing.
