In response to ongoing community concerns, police in Dudley conducted a targeted operation on Thursday, 7th November, to tackle anti-social behaviour linked to off-road bikes. Officers from the Brierley Hill Neighbourhood Team, alongside traffic and off-road bike units, seized four vehicles, including an off-road bike, for offences involving no insurance or licences. A quantity of Class A and Class B drugs was also recovered during the operation.

The initiative aims to address the disruptive and intimidating impact of illegal off-road biking. PC Luke Johnson of the Brierley Hill Neighbourhood Team emphasised the potential dangers these bikers pose, stating, “We understand the impact anti-social off-road bikers have on the community. We’ll take action wherever and whenever reports are made.”

Police urge residents to report any bike-related disturbances online, via 101, or anonymously through Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111. The community is encouraged to play an active role in helping prevent and report these incidents.
