Police have shut down a cannabis factory with more than half-a-million pounds worth of drugs in Nechells.
Officers discovered the sophisticated set up in a factory unit off Premier Street at around 7.30pm yesterday (8 October).
Officers uncovered the drugs den with over 1,000 plants while carrying out enquiries into a robbery in Premier Street last night.
A man in his 50s was assaulted as his car and cash were taken, although the Bentley has since been recovered.
