A Birmingham man has been charged with the death of a toddler in November 2017.
The 21-month-old girl was found with a head injury at an address in The Green, Northfield on 19 November 2017 and died two days later in hospital.
Sean Sadler, aged 31 of Coriander Close, was arrested on suspicion of causing or allowing serious injury to a child in 2017 before being arrested on suspicion of murder in 2019. He has today (28 May) been charged with murder and wounding and will appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court this afternoon.
A 30-year-old woman arrested at the same time was released without charge.
